Replacement and return

Dear Customer,

You can return the product within 2 days or exchange it within 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receipt of the product only if it is unused and in its original condition with the presentation of the original/electronic purchase invoice and taking into account the terms and conditions:

If the product is incorrect (if the product has not been used and is in its original, intact packaging with all tags and labels).

If the product is damaged/defective (for electronics, open packaged products will be accepted if they differ from the description or images shown).

If you change your mind or order a product in error, we will accept an exchange under the following specific conditions:

• The product must be in its original factory packaging and unopened.

• Returns and exchanges are not possible without the electronic invoice attached to the order.

• In promotional offers, the free item must be returned with all items in the order in case of a return or exchange.

Products that cannot be returned:

- Products that were imported and specially ordered by the customer from the manufacturer cannot be returned.

- If the product has been used.

- In case of pre-order, the product will not be returned or exchanged.

If the customer wishes to return the product without any defect or problem with the order, the return will be accepted provided that the product is in its original condition and unused, and the shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount .
